2-6-17: It was just too nice out today to not go hunting. I did some calling in the middle of my woods using a rodent distress mouth call and an electronic call. No sightings or responses for the first 40 minutes. I moved a little further north in my woods and did a few locator calls, which triggered a group of yotes across the street to light up. This was maybe 10 minutes after dark. They were pretty vocal, I just didn’t have enough time to get after them tonight. Next time!
