Become a Draggin’ Deer Outdoors Field Staff Member

Thank you for your interest in joining the Draggin’ Deer Outdoors Field Staff Team. We truly appreciate your desire to work with us and represent our mission: BE A SPORTSMAN. MAKE A SPORTSMAN. Our Field Staff Team is composed of individuals dedicated to growing our hunting, fishing and outdoor community by becoming a mentor to those who are new to the outdoor lifestyle. As a Field Staff member, you’ll be expected to:

1.) Become an outdoor mentor

First and foremost, we need YOU to help us grow the outdoor community. At least once per year, you’ll be expected to take a new individual out into The Great Outdoors. This can be hunting, fishing, shooting, trapping, camping, hiking or whatever your outdoor passion is.

2.) Represent the outdoor community in a positive manner

As a Field Staff member, we expect you to represent ALL outdoor sports in a positive manner. Obey all laws, conduct yourself with ethics and integrity at the forefront of your actions and simply be an outdoor role model.

3.) Promote our brand

In order to maximize our reach and impact, we need YOU to help us grow our brand. We ask that you LIKE/FOLLOW us on Facebook and Instagram, Subscribe to our website and YouTube channel and share our posts on your social media outlets.

4.) Share your outdoor experiences

Please, share your experiences with us! Be it your own or a newbie you are mentoring, your videos, pictures and stories are valuable to us and the outdoor community. Utilize the “SHARE YOUR STORY” page to post your own blog article on our website. Tag Draggin’ Deer Outdoors and use our hashtags (#draggindeer, #draggindeeroutdoors) on your posts. Your outdoor experiences are one of a kind, don’t be afraid to share them!

In return for your dedication to the outdoor community and Draggin’ Deer Outdoors, Field Staff members will receive:

2.) The opportunity to buy discounted products from select Draggin’ Deer Outdoors sponsors

3.) We will happily share your pictures, videos and stories on our website, YouTube channel and social media platforms to help you grow your own, personal brand/image.

1.) Adhere to and operate under the requirements listed above.

2.) Draggin’ Deer Outdoors reserves the right to terminate your Field Staff position indefinitely for any reason. If you do not adhere to our mission, core values and positively represent the outdoor community you will be terminated.

3.) Draggin’ Deer Outdoors is free to use any photos, videos or articles submitted via our website, email or through our social media platforms (remember, we want to promote YOU along with our mission).

4.) Discounts and benefits provided through the Field Staff program are for Field Staff members ONLY. These incentives are not to be shared with friends, family or the general public.
